If you have forgotten your password or are unable to login to the platform, you will need to reset your password, please read and follow the next steps to perform a password reset:

  1. Copy the following URL into your Google Chrome browser to access the Skin Analytics platform: https://webapp.skin-analytics-derm.com/
  2. Use the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” link on the login screen and enter your registered email address

  1. Check your email inbox for a reset password email. Follow the link in the email to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, check your junk/spam folder. This link will expire after 1 hour so make sure you reset your password as soon as you can or you will need to generate a new link.
  2. Once you have updated your password, follow the link from step one and enter in your email address and new password.
