When all the assessment steps have been taken on a Case and the status is “Completed”, the final PDF report for the case is created and the case can be closed. A Closed case is a case that requires no further action to be undertaken on Skin Analytics platforms. Closed cases will automatically be moved to the “All” tab of the Case list.
Find a Case in the “Completed” status by browsing the Case list (“All” tab, “To Close” tab).
You can download a report by clicking on the three dots at the side of the row, and selecting “Download Report”. This will download a PDF report of the case.
Once you are satisfied that no further action needs to happen in Skin Analytics’ system, click on “Close Case”
A popup will appear notifying the User of the action taken. Clicking on "Yes" will Close the case.
A closed case will be available in the “All” tab of the Case list.
