If we recommend you should see a dermatologist for review and/or treatment of your skin lesion(s), and you would like to be referred to a dermatologist through the NHS:

• Either print the Skin Analytics PDF report, or download it.
• Contact your GP practice to request a referral, and explain whether it is a routine or urgent referral based on our recommendation. They may speak with you over the phone or on video, request to see you in person, or ask you to send through an electronic query. Your practice may provide you with the ability to securely send the PDF to the practice. If you see your GP face-to-face, take the PDF report with you to the appointment.

The PDF report will contain:

• Suspected diagnosis of your lesion(s)
• Medical history and images of your lesion(s)
• The name and GMC number of the Consultant Dermatologist who has assessed your lesion(s)

If your GP is not aware of Skin Analytics, you can direct them to our website and explain that we are a provider of Teledermatology services across the country, including services to multiple NHS trusts. Our aim is to safely reduce referrals and wait times to see dermatologists across the country. You and your GP can be assured that the cases reviewed through our service are assessed by a UK-based Consultant Dermatologist on the Specialist Register.
