Referral Organisation Coverage: If your assessment is covered by your referral organisation, we will invoice them directly.

Patient Contribution: In some situations, your referral organisation may ask you to contribute to the cost of your assessment. If this applies to you, your provider will inform you, and we will then send you an invoice by email.

Self-referral: If you are self-referring, you will be able to pay for the service directly when booking your assessment:https://getcare.skinanalytics.co.uk/

<aside> 💳 How do I make a payment?

If your referral organisation requires a contribution toward the cost of your assessment, you will receive a separate email from Skin Analytics with a secure payment link. This link will direct you to a Stripe invoice, which you can pay online.

If you are self-funding your assessment, payment will be collected during the sign-up process.

Please note that the invoice will be sent exclusively to the email address registered to your Skin Analytics account. We also recommend checking your junk or spam folder, as the invoice email may occasionally be redirected there.

Please be aware that we do not take any other method of payment other than through Stripe, which is via card payment, we, unfortunately, do not take any bank transfers or cheque payments.

I have received a letter from my referral organisation regarding my invoice, but I have not yet received the invoice details.

If you have received an invoice letter from your referral organisation, you should receive an email invoice from Skin Analytics within two weeks.
