If you are having trouble uploading images, this is usually due to a poor internet connection via WiFi or mobile data.

The most common problems people experience can be solved by taking the following actions:

• Check that your WiFi is working
• If your phone has a sim card, try disconnecting from WiFi and using mobile data
• Take the phone to a different place with better signal, and try uploading images from there
• Run a speed test on WiFi / mobile data (open Safari on the phone and Google “Speed Test” - contact support if you’re not sure how to do this)
• If another WiFi network is available, try connecting the phone to this network and re-attempt image upload.
