The most common problems people experience can be solved by the following actions:
- Use the Chrome Browser
- Adding [email protected] as a contact in NHS mail and regenerating your password reset link
- Make sure you have registered with the correct email address
- Check your junk/spam mail for the reset link
- Complete the process using 3G/4G mobile data rather than Trust WiFi
- The reset link only lasts 1 hour, accessing it after this time will mean it has become invalid and requires a new link to be requested and sent
