If you are experiencing problems receiving the ‘password reset’ email, please try the following actions:
- Use the Chrome Browser
- Adding [email protected] as a contact to your NHS mail account and re-request your password reset link
- Make sure you have entered the correct email address for your Skin Analytics account
- Check your junk/spam email folder for the reset link
- Complete the process using 3G/4G mobile data rather than Trust WiFi
- The reset link only lasts 1 hour, accessing it after this time will mean it has become invalid and requires a new link to be requested and sent.
