If it’s a new issue you are experiencing then reach out to our support team on [email protected]. When you get in touch with us please provide us with the following details to help us resolve the issue as efficiently as possible:

  1. Which organisation are you from?
  2. Brief history of the issue - What exactly is occurring, when did it start etc.
  3. If the issue relates to a case, send us the case ID number(s). Please avoid sending us patient identifiable data - as long as you share the case ID with us, we will be able to identify what case you need support with.
  4. What device are you having issues with?
  5. Are you using mobile data, WiFi, or both?
  6. Send us a screenshot of the issue if possible.
