Bupa & Benenden members: If we recommend you should see a dermatologist face-to-face, our GP will automatically give you a call back within 1 working day of your case being assessed. If your case is assessed as not needing an onwards referral, there is the option to request a GP call back through your checkup page. If you sign in to your Skin Analytics account, if you scroll down there is the option to "request a callback". Once you select this, our GP will give you a callback within 1 working day.

Vitality members:

If you are a Vitality member you can request a GP callback to discuss your results.

To do this, sign in to your Skin Analytics account and scroll down to the "Request a callback" option on your checkup page. Once selected, a GP will call you back within one working day.
