Setting up test credential users

The live login credentials that users have been given should not be used for testing or training purposes. This would cause confusion about which cases are real and which ones are test cases. Instead, for training and test credentials please refer to the following steps:

1. Read through the exclusions and important safety considerations at the bottoms of this page.
2. Email [email protected]  to confirm that you have read and understood the guidance provided below and that you would like to request test login credentials.
3. We will provide you with a set of login credentials that can be used on the same website that you log in to using your live credentials: https://webapp.skin-analytics-derm.com/
4. Log in using the credentials you received from support and use the system as normal.

Note the testing system may have configuration differences to the live system you use but the core functionality is the same.

1. Once you are finished with the case, click on “Close Case” otherwise it will remain open on the Skin Analytics’ system.
2. Log out so that you don’t accidentally create a live case using test credentials.

Exclusions and important safety considerations

Exclusions:

1. Do not use the system for a real patient’s appointment.
2. Only use this on clearly benign lesions, do not use this on lesions you are concerned about. If you are concerned about a lesion you should go through formal healthcare pathways.
3. Do not use real personal / patient data in the system.

Safety considerations:

1. Any cases created by the test credentials will be ignored by Skin Analytics support and will have no further action taken on them (e.g. no dermatologist safety net review, onward care).
