Our support desk will review and respond to your hardware request within 1 working day. If your request is urgent, please mark this in the subject line so that it can be prioritised.
All NHS kits are dispatched using SD1- Next Day Special Delivery 1pm via Royal Mail.
Any damaged hardware/kit is to be returned to us. Please request a prepaid envelope (Tracked 24 Returns) with your Transformation Manager.
