• For cases received before 2pm on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) we ship the kit on the same day.
• All kits are sent via Royal Mail using tracked 24-hour delivery, so should arrive the day after postage. However, we are aware of disruptions to the Royal Mail service due to Covid. We still expect the majority of kits to arrive within 2 working days, but in exceptional cases, it may take up to 5 working days for your kit to arrive.
• Please ensure that you will be at the address you provide to use your kit (don't worry about signing though, it fits through your letter-box).
